- Why not publish estimated hours saved?
- An estimate without an observed baseline can mislead buyers. The same workflow can create very different burdens depending on volume, systems, exception rates, and staff behavior.
- What should a real case study include?
- It should identify the starting workflow, baseline burden, steps changed, systems involved, exception path, measurement period, gross time removed, operating time, and net result.
