Workflow automation services that remove work.
Most automation starts with a tool. We start with the burden. Then we simplify the workflow, build the automation, test the exceptions, and measure the time returned.
Workflow automation services should do more than recommend software. Automutiny reviews how work moves today, identifies the workflow creating the greatest avoidable burden, improves the process, builds the automation inside your existing systems, and proves whether it returns real staff time.
What usually goes wrong
- A new tool is purchased before the workflow is understood.
- Staff move information between forms, inboxes, spreadsheets, and systems.
- The automation handles the easy step but leaves every handoff to people.
- No one subtracts checking, corrections, and failure handling from the claimed savings.
What we deliver
- A clear view of where staff time and revenue are being lost.
- A Stop, Simplify, Keep, or Automate decision for the workflow.
- A working automation connected to the tools your team already uses.
- A measured result, including the time spent operating and correcting it.
Find what is worth automating.
We review the recurring work, handoffs, tools, delays, corrections, and places where employees re-enter or chase information. The goal is not to create a long automation wish list. It is to find the workflow with the strongest practical return.
- How often the workflow runs
- How many people touch it
- How much checking and rework it creates
- Whether delays affect revenue or customers
- Which decisions require human judgment
Fix the workflow before building it.
Automating a broken process makes the broken process faster. We remove unnecessary steps, clarify ownership, define the required information, and make the exception path explicit before the build begins.
This keeps the final system smaller, easier to support, and less dependent on employees remembering how the automation works.
Build, test, and prove it.
We connect the workflow across the systems already in use. We test routine cases, missing information, failures, and human approvals. Then we compare the claimed savings with the time spent prompting, checking, correcting, managing tools, and handling exceptions.
Once the workflow runs properly and returns meaningful time, we move to the next burden.
Clear answers.

- What does a workflow automation consultant do?
- A workflow automation consultant maps how work moves, finds bottlenecks, improves the process, connects the required systems, builds the automation, tests exceptions, and measures the result. Automutiny includes both the review and the implementation.
- Do you only tell us what to automate?
- No. We identify the workflow worth automating and then build it. The engagement is not complete when a recommendation document is delivered.
- Do we need to replace our current software?
- Usually not. We first look for ways to simplify and connect the systems already in use. A tool is replaced only when keeping it creates more cost or burden than switching it off.
- Where does AI fit?
- AI is one possible component. It is useful when the workflow needs classification, extraction, summarization, or flexible language handling. It should not be added where clear rules or a simpler connection will work better.
- How do you measure success?
- We measure net hours back. Claimed time saved is reduced by prompting, checking, corrections, tool management, and failure handling. Quality and exception handling must remain acceptable.
Find the right workflow. Then automate it.
We review the work, build the fix, and prove the result.
